Our professional staff have been involved with the E-rate program since its inception in 1996.  We are represented on ALL SLD service provider conference calls.  In addition, we stay current with all of the FCC and SLD E-RATE information and changes. We are a vendor-independent entity and avoids all conflicts of interest under E-RATE program rules and in any other procurement processes of its clients. Our E-RATE clients include Educational Service Centers, Large Inner City School Systems, Faith-Based Schools and Libraries.  Our main operations office is located in Houston, Texas.

Our company history ...
Our company is  in its 6th year and our professional staff has been involved with the E-rate program since its inception in 1996.  We have over 15 years of combined expertise in assisting clients with technology plan development, infrastructure design and funding acquisition. Most of our consultants have worked for larger E-rate consulting firms, we decided to break away and start our own E-rate consulting firm. The E-rate Management Group consultants have had previous experience in public school districts.  We have been responsible for 32 million dollars in E-rate funding over the past few years.

The Owners/Officers of the E-rate Management Group are all former school administrators, each with more than twenty years of school experience.  In addition, our principal consultants have previously worked for county department of education, major technology and telecommunications companies. H. Cliff Joffrion is currently the president of the E-rate Management Group.
